Friends of Lakeview has partnered with AURA Candle Bar, a locally-owned family business to bring the Lakeview Community the “Spirit of Lakeview,” a custom fragrance developed by Executive Director Becca Girsch; Marketing and Events Director Alyssa Lombardo; and Friends of Lakeview Board Member & Chamber President Stephanie Biederman.
The experience.
Becca, Alyssa, and Stephanie visited the AURA studio to blend custom fragrance inspired by three adjectives representing our community that AURA’s team assisted them in brainstorming; Bright, Proud, Resilient. AURA Candle Bar’s Scent Consultants worked with Becca, Alyssa, and Stephanie to choose their favorite fragrances from over 100 single-scents offered at AURA before they were then guided through AURA’s guest process to create their unique fragrance translations via fragrance theory and candle science. The three candles created in AURA’s studio were then sampled by the Friends of Lakeview Board of Directors. The Board evaluated and then voted on the fragrance that became the representative fragrance of The Spirit of Lakeview.

Middle Note: In the heart of this fragrance you will find harmony between woody and peppery nuances intertwined with earthy tones, creating a blend that represents our community members and businesses. When these scents are blended, they shine brighter as if they stood alone, counting on the support of one another and creating an impact larger than life
Base Note: As the scent settles, a luxurious warmth envelopes. Creamy, richness invokes connection within a thriving community, inviting you to linger in its comforting embrace. Like the bonds between neighbors, a lasting impression of unity remains.

AURA Candle Bar will donate 25% of sales from every The Spirit of Lakeview candle sold in its studio to Friends of Lakeview. Candles are $38.
